Daily Affirmations

Negativity breeds negativity. When we have a negative outlook about our situation or our self-worth, we will end up having lower self-esteem and increased feelings of depression. It’s important to remind yourself of your worth. Here are a few positive affirmations to get your started.

For anyone I am fearfully and wonderfully made and have a unique purpose only I can fill.

• I will find 1 thing to be grateful for today. (even if it’s just getting through the day.)

• I can be confident in who I am, and I will look for ways to encourage others.

• I will not define myself by my work but by my worth.

• I will smile today because I am strong and can overcome. (heck we survived a pandemic)

• I will not compare myself to others, because I know no one’s life is perfect.

• I will have a good attitude because attitude reflects leadership.

• Failing does not mean I am a failure.

• I have a unique perspective and I am valued.

• I will not worry about things outside of my control.

For Moms

• My kids don’t need a perfect mom, they need a present mom.

• I am capable and will get through today.

• Even if I feel inadequate, I will use the resources I have.

• I will stay calm in the midst of chaos and be a good role model for my kids.

• If I do fail, I will use my failures to show my kids you can come out stronger and wiser.

For Women of Faith

• I am loved by God and nothing I do can change that, because I was created in His image.

• God has created me for a purpose only I can fill.

• God will equip me and provide for me, even if it looks different than I thought.

• God will never leave me, nor forsake me.

• God goes before me and will help me every step of the way, I just need to be obedient.

• God has not given me a spirit of fear but of power and self-control.

• I can do ALL things through Christ who strengthens me.

• I am forgiven and can live in freedom in Christ.
